We went in knowing what we wanted and Oscar was the BEST because he listened and he got us what we asked for. He was knowledgeable and explained the updates from the 2019 Volvo XC90 that I had to the 2024. He helped us not spend a TON of time at the dealership with the paperwork (which was also a blessing because the weekend was a busy one with many errands and hosting company, etc). We were able to get the terms that worked for us and Oscar was the guy that made it happen. This is actually my fifth XC90. I love this vehicle. I tested other brands and models (as I generally get a lot of flack from our kids asking me to get "something/anything different")), but I always think the Volvo is just superior to what other companies offer. Even my husband gets it. He appreciates the pricing structure Volvo offers and I know he appreciated Oscar's help in getting this handled efficiently.
