Good experience. Purchased a new vehicle at Park Place a few years ago so familiar enough and happy enough that we returned.

I started my search online and John Bradford contacted me within seconds. He answered all my questions quickly and assured me that the vehicle I was looking at to purchase was available and on the lot. I came in the next day and John was with some customers and so he had Daphne take over. She was absolutely wonderful. We were in and out within 2.5 hours. Everyone was super friendly and efficient.

It is a 4 now will be a 5 once the some of the small details get finished. Oscar was great from start to finish. I emailed about car he sent immediate emails with many documents about the vehicle. Everything I needed to know was in the email. I then emailed him about the price and a test drive. I wanted to make sure he knew I wasn't interested in driving the car at the price it was it. He was honest and said there was some room to negotiate. I drove down but didn't have much thought of purchase but just test drive to see if I liked the vehicle. Once done with test drive with Oscar. We sat down no pressure and just ran numbers and it was not where I needed to be. Long story short Oscar worked on price and then matched an offer I had on my trade in. I told him I didn't have my check as I left it at home, thinking I wasn't going to buy. He said no problems we will come to your house with vehicle and take your trade in if you accept the deal. I accepted and now I am a new Volvo owner. Amazing experience from dealer to home. Since the purchase we have had a few hiccups with volvo app but that should be fixed. Oscar is helping with that. I guess the only complaint would be not with park place but with volvo that a vehicle if that price doesn't have a cargo security cover? Like I said before once I get the app to car fixed and equity check I would give a 5 rating. Please do not post this review on any website.
