Overall very good ! It took a bit too long from covering the add on options to getting the paperwork back to sign. We had a 6 hr drive back home and needed to get this done sooner.

Bought a new Volvo XC40 at Park Cities Volvo. Joe Barbee was the Sales Manager who helped me and he was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Excellent experience. I’m really enjoying my new SUV.

We are both experienced in the sales and service area. Oscar answered our questions, in both technical and contract areas with knowledge and professionalism. We left and then returned because we decided the overall dealership experience and Oscars presentation made us comfortable even though the car, which we love, was a bit more than we budgeted for. My wife's Mercedes was totaled last week, her third Mercedes, and we didn't even go look another one. I hope it continues to be as pleasant as it is so far.

Overall we had a good experience. However, with a few simple steps, our experience could have been great and would have made us returning more likely.
