These two worked as an excellent team and managed to go above and beyond to help my son buy his first self-financed car. Leslie was great at following up, managed the transaction smoothly, and resolved the few issues we had.

Lesley and Diana were great. The process was kind of slow that day but overall they done great. Now there was some old guy. I guess the sales manager that walked around looking angry all day and would come in wreaking of cigarette smoke that was not very pleasant.

What truly set him apart was his communication; he kept us informed at every single stage of the buying process, ensuring there were zero surprises- including test driving the vehicle for several days and make sure the vehicle fits in our garage.The transaction itself was efficient, but the biggest highlight was the seamless delivery of the new vehicle directly to my workplace.
