You fulfilled and went beyond fixing my 2021 xc90. The loaner car and the respect you gave to me allowed me to rest easy, as I had a loaner and my car was in good hands. This is the second time of purchasing a Volvo. BY 5HE WAY, WHEN YOU DRIVE UP, THE SERVICE DEPT. OUTSIDE KNOWS AND GREETS YOU BY NAME AND TAKES YOU TO YOUR LOANER CAR. QUIT IMPRESSIVE.

Park Place has excellent Customer Service. Very professional through the end to end buying process. Edgar and Awan strive to delight the customer. They had the car they promised and the buying process was very value driven and not just about price. This is my second car to purchase from Park Place Volvo.
