Overall experience was great.

The experience was very good. Our salesperson was very sweet and efficient. The dealership was impeccable and staff was accommodating. One area that was unsatisfactory is that upon leaving the lot my daughter, who I bought the car for, experienced issues with the vehicle. The battery light came on and the speakers on the sound system stopped working properly.We contacted service right away and brought the vehicle in. They had the vehicle for 2 days and let us know they did a system reset and all was working properly.Unfortunately, the sound system immediately started malfunctioning once she left the service center. She is now in Austin at UT and the vehicle does not have a working sound system.I totally understand that we bought the car "as-is' without a warranty. However, a working sound system is a critical component of the vehicle.Other than being unhappy with that aspect everything else was great. This is the only reason that I gave a 4 star rating instead of a 5 star.

Huge kudos to my salesman, John Bradford. I drove over 250 miles to purchase a used EV, and to trade in the car I drove there with. He made sure everything was handled ahead of time including final sales price, financing, and my trade-in value, so there were zero surprises when my wife and I got there. As others have mentioned, my salesman solely handled everything from beginning to end, no handing us over to different staff -- keep up with this customer experience, it's great! Also, John went above and beyond in working with me to provide the necessary documentation for the new federal used EV tax credit that just went into effect 1/1/2023. Very few dealers are even aware of the new tax rules at this time. The dealership had a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. The rest of the staff were friendly and personable. This was by far the best car purchase experience.

Jim made it a treat. I remember him from visiting two months ago, and he remembered my mother, son, and me! I didn’t get the inquirer vehicle. We knew it would sell fast, but he found a vehicle just for me… Jim knows people and how to serve each individual. 💜

We worked with Edgar at the Dallas location for our new Volvo! We were thoroughly impressed. He went above and beyond to make our deal happen and to also have our vehicle ready given our tight weekend schedule. Everyone at the dealership was welcoming from beginning to end.
