Absolutely TOP NOTCH client experience from vehicle order to delivery and everything in between. We had the distinct privilege to work with Germaine Ambres who made the process extremely simple and seamless. We must have exchanged a minimum of 30 emails and phone calls while waiting for the vehicle to arrive mostly from my end and he always responded quickly, kept us up to date and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and received the information we needed to close our lease deal. I cannot speak highly enough about Germaine and the time / effort he puts into treating his clients like family. If deemed appropriate, I would absolutely like to see formal recognition of some sort for his work on our behalf.I would also like to call out Caitlyn Sauter who took over after our original salesperson left the company. While she came in a bit later in the process, once there she made sure to communicate with us in the same manner and frequency to ensure our delivery went smoothly. I know she will continue to make sure we are completely satisfied with the vehicle, the dealership and any service requirements.Overall, you have a GREAT TEAM at Park Place Volvo. Oscar made our car buying simple. No pressure to do anything. Oscar was very knowledgeable on Volvo and the C40. He responded fast anytime we had a question. Park Place was very accommodating. Surveys are rigged so anything less than 5 stars negatively impacts the sales person.My beef with the experience was over the ResistAll package that I was told I HAD to have. The great news? I absolutely don’t. I’m the buyer, I have control over this process. I’m the one writing the check, not Park Place. When the customer deliberately states that they don’t want something, you better make sure it’s not there. No attempt to build value in the package was made, but every attempt to sell it was being made. I’m simply not interested in being told that I have to buy a product or service that’s clearly optimal. Under no circumstances is one required to purchase a package on a vehicle in order to move forward. The State of Texas disagrees with that, as will any consumer with a brain.
