The vehicle is beautiful, and we love it so far. We would certainly by a new Volvo in the future, I currently have a deposit on the 2024 EX90 which is exciting. The overall experience in picking up the car was not a rewarding as I had hoped. What I was hoping would be a 30 to 40-minute experience was closer to 2+ hours. I called 4 hours before we arrived to let them know when we would arrive it hopes of a quick turnaround. They had not started preparing the car until we arrived and unfortunately it is a Hybrid vehicle, and the battery was not charged which was a surprise. Other than the time spent the reinforces the negative image of the car buying experience it was great to get a well-designed and beautiful car.

I initially visited a couple months ago wanting to see the XC40 inventory Park Place had compared to Crest Volvo. After my first visit I knew if I did end up purchasing a Volvo it would be with Park Place. Oscar Rodriguez was so helpful and patient and made sure I was able to get just what I wanted. I ended up reserving an XC40 and was kept updated on the status. When time came to pick it up and make the purchase everything was seamless and Oscar was great to work with. Loved the added touch of getting to take my picture with a big red bow on my brand new car!
