Oscar made our car buying simple. No pressure to do anything. Oscar was very knowledgeable on Volvo and the C40. He responded fast anytime we had a question. Park Place was very accommodating. Everyone was kind and greeted us with a smile. The impression I got was that everyone enjoyed being at Park Place.

Surveys are rigged so anything less than 5 stars negatively impacts the sales person.My beef with the experience was over the ResistAll package that I was told I HAD to have. The great news? I absolutely don’t. I’m the buyer, I have control over this process. I’m the one writing the check, not Park Place. When the customer deliberately states that they don’t want something, you better make sure it’s not there. No attempt to build value in the package was made, but every attempt to sell it was being made. I’m simply not interested in being told that I have to buy a product or service that’s clearly optimal. Under no circumstances is one required to purchase a package on a vehicle in order to move forward. The State of Texas disagrees with that, as will any consumer with a brain.

Aldo Saldivar and the team at Park Place provide excellent customer service. Aldo makes us feel like family and has earned our trust. Aaron was our salesman and handled the process with complete professionalism.

In a nutshell. My experience with John Birdsong and his team was very customer friendly and professional. The entire purchasing process was smooth.

The vehicle is beautiful, and we love it so far. We would certainly by a new Volvo in the future, I currently have a deposit on the 2024 EX90 which is exciting. The overall experience in picking up the car was not a rewarding as I had hoped. What I was hoping would be a 30 to 40-minute experience was closer to 2+ hours. I called 4 hours before we arrived to let them know when we would arrive it hopes of a quick turnaround. They had not started preparing the car until we arrived and unfortunately it is a Hybrid vehicle, and the battery was not charged which was a surprise. Other than the time spent the reinforces the negative image of the car buying experience it was great to get a well-designed and beautiful car.
