I initially visited a couple months ago wanting to see the XC40 inventory Park Place had compared to Crest Volvo. After my first visit I knew if I did end up purchasing a Volvo it would be with Park Place. Oscar Rodriguez was so helpful and patient and made sure I was able to get just what I wanted. I ended up reserving an XC40 and was kept updated on the status. When time came to pick it up and make the purchase everything was seamless and Oscar was great to work with. Loved the added touch of getting to take my picture with a big red bow on my brand new car!

Experience was going well until I purchased the 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and the engine light turned on a few days later. This is not acceptable and not remarkable! I trusted Park Place to sell a great condition , quality vehicle and they failed!

Caitlyn took over and did a great job once she had all my information (my email was incorrect apparently) and overall made the process easy

Super easy, Kurt was great to work with and I never had to talk to a manager or the finance guy. Volvo doesn't play all those games. Very happy with my new car!
