Wow, all I can say is that our experience was positively amazing! We called Park Place Volvo on Friday to inquire about a used Cadillac XT5 on their lot. John Bradford who was one of their salesman answered the phone and was very nice, responsive, and extremely professional. We literally got the VIP treatment from the first phone call. Not only that, when searching the Internet for a vehicle, the website pictures were amazing, accurate, and you could tell the car was very clean and well taken care of by Park Place. The car we were looking at was actually on hold for a potential buyer, but by the next morning the buyers decided on a different car. So John called us first thing in the morning to let us know the car was available, we text back and forth about the details and decided to buy the car. John then had the car cleaned up and filled with gas, and for the first time ever, we bought a car and had it delivered to our home sight unseen. The car was actually nicer than we expected when it was delivered. The car was also a surprise for our daughter, and when John delivered it, she was surprised and very happy! John then sat in the car with our daughter and showed her how to use all the amenities the car had to offer. My wife said that John was perfect the way he calmly and professionally showed her everything about the car, and that she would not have wanted anyone else to deliver the car to us. Park Place is an amazing dealership. The VIP treatment we received from John Bradford was off the charts and the whole experience made us want to buy another car from Park Place. So we had John look at my wife's GMC Yukon while he was here and we actually traded it and purchased the second car, a New Volvo XC60 T5 Inscription, three days later on Monday; which John Bradford also delivered to our home, providing the same professionalism and VIP treatment. John and Park Place are truly the best in the business! Thank you for everything!

I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Park Place Volvo. Everyone in the store is extremely welcoming, friendly, and willing to cater to your every need. I truly did not feel like just another customer wanting to buy a car. I was treated with the upmost respect by Oscar. He is a man of great intelligence and service. Although my car buying experience only took one hour (which is AWESOME compared to standard times of 3 plus hours), I did not feel rushed. Everything was smooth sailing and I cannot thank Oscar enough for taking his time to be effective and efficient. Another person who touched my heart at Park Place Volvo was a man named Awan. He was kind and genuine and came over to my husband and I to introduce himself. He offered the highest quality service he had to give, and I am thankful he was there in the process as well. Overall, I absolutely recommend this dealership not because of the great cars they sell, but because of the genuine service they give. If you’re looking for a place to not feel like you are going to get taken advantage of this is the place! 10/10.
