This was a very pleasant car purchase. Tony Chavez was the sales associate who helped me in the process. He showed me the SUV a couple times and knew a lot about it - more than I'd expect a sales associate to know about details of the vehicle. I've bought several other cars from another Park Place dealership and this was as smooth as those. I really appreciate the fact that I was never pressured or made to feel uncomfortable, even when I negotiated the price. It was all very no-pressure and pleasant. I also spoke with another sales associate named John who was very informative and we chatted about trends in new vehicles for some time. That was very useful too, as I believe he said he had a mechanical background.
