Shea was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and was not a pushy used car saleman. Aaron and another sales rep did help me, they were both warm, friendly, great customer service.The improvement opportunities. The detailed car wash looks like a basic, quick wipe down not detailed at all. Tree sap was left on my car. They forgot my car manual when I picked up and gave me 2 remotes with low batteries. Shea quickly addresses my concerns, gave me my manual and changed my remote battery. It be nice for these small details to be checked prior.Overall I am extremely happy customer and will recommend folks to your dealership.

Oscar Rodriguez and Connor McGrath were super helpful in demonstrating the car and through the finance process. Oscar demoed the car after making appointment to earlier in the day. He took us for a test drive and thoroughly explained all the features. The over all process was very laid back with no pressure. We decided to purchase the vehicle and Oscar guided us through the bulk of the purchasing and financing. This was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a car. It was extremely fast, no pressure and open to negotiation. Unfortunately, due to it being a bit late in the day, we had to continue the following day. Connor took care of us then, and he was just as awesome. Everyone I interacted at the dealership was super friendly and helpful.

great experience. Leslie was nice to work with. BUT-today I went to start it-by remote- and it stated Climate could not be started.Really , its been in the garage this whole time. Whats up with this? So disappointed.
