When I was there last n April 2026 I asked that cover be ordered to replace one lost from the front bumper. I had not heard anything by June. I called multiple times and was told someone would contact me. To date no contact made, and no cover.Very disappointing.

At 7.20 am I was told diagnostics would take 1 hour and half. At 9.30 am, after chasing down the rep, he confirmed service would take ‘ one hour , hour and half top ‘ . At 11.45, after chasing down reps and updates like it was a treasure hunt , I was able to leave , but it took lots of pressuring them . Need to provide realistic times especially to those waiting onsite

Service was good I believe, however, invoice paid on 5/16 was miscalculated. I have tried to reach service advisor through calls, voicemail, and email and no response.
