Very happy except for 1 thing. My vehicle in EV. Question w the charging, not a vehicle fault. This means when I picked up the car, I knew that thefault was w my wall unit or breaker. When I picked up charge was 60%. You could have helped me out, understanding that I had a few unknown # days before I could get the problem diagnosed and corrected. I don’t feel it’s like asking you to fill up my car with gasoline. I think it’s more like when you go to Starbucks and you buy an expensive cup of coffee and they allow you to charge your laptop. As a courtesy I really would’ve appreciated if you had gotten the charge up to 90%, even 85% or 80%. The first thing I had to do when I left your dealership at 530 Was drive to a commercial supercharger and wait 30 + minutes to get my charge up from 60% to 90% just so that I could get to work the next day and have enough power for a few days while my Electrician got scheduled and figured out what was happening at the house. You could’ve done that for me between the time that you finished diagnosing it and I picked up the car. I agree that you didn’t owe it to me, but it would’ve been really courteous. He had my car for a weekend and I picked it up at the end of the day Monday. If you can’t do it, you can’t do it, but if you can do it, it would be really nice to not have to worry about that.

I came expecting to be waiting as most car services take time and there are a lot of things going on. However, there was no waiting! I was greeted and welcomed before I turned the car off. Never was I in the dark on the process of my car. I had my car back by end of day. I was out on my may in just about 8 min. I could not have had a better experience with my account manager than Nelson.

It took little to no time upon my arrival. Being a first time owner of a Volvo I wasn’t sure what to expect. Juan my account manager was knowledgeable of my car helped me adjust the car so in my short stature I could easily get in and out of the car. It was the best experience and made me feel like I made a great purchase in buying a Volvo.
