The service went extremely poorly. I walked out upset. You all first tried to charge me 1,200 for things that I had already done recently like rotate the tires and rebalance. So I told the rep that I wanted to get the service light off so I asked to just do oil change and filter changes - and the price changed to $280.Most people, myself included, would assume that this would be a high, but non-insane price for these three things so i agreed to it and left the car overnight. But when i went to get the car the next morning, i noticed that the service light was still on. Again, this was the only reason I came to Park Place. So I went inside and asked to get the light turned off. I was then told by the rep in an extremely condescending tone (guy sitting in the back left corner at the end of hallway) that you all were not allowed to turn the light off by policy because the oil hadn't been changed. I said that this was ridiculous b/c that was supposed to have been included in what i just paid for - and he claimed that I had only requested the filters be changed. Imagine my surprise when i found out that I had just paid nearly $300 to only change two filters on my vehicle, left the car overnight, and would still not be able to turn the service light off!I went to Pep Boys afterward and had the remaining things done to the car in about 90 mins at a fraction of the price. Why should I continue to bring my car to Volvo when your communication is bad, your prices are astronomical, and your reps don't even apologize when they get something totally wrong?

Poor communication and follow up throughout the process. My wife had to call multiple times to find out the status of our vehicle.

Service was good. Ray was easy to work with. Have our vehicle delivered back to us was very helpful.

My vehicle was diagnosed incorrectly, so I paid $3500 still had the same problem. And when they finally figured out, I had to pay an additional $1400. Totally unfair to me. Don't get me wrong.I've been doing business with you guys for years. My service adviser is great of the tech diagnosed the vehicle incorrectly

I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience with Park Place Volvo was disappointing enough that I feel compelled to share. My Volvo died unexpectedly, and both batteries failed. I asked if the repairs were covered under warranty, and Park Place told me no. Wanting to be sure, I called MPP myself, and they also said no—but mentioned that Volvo’s own warranty might cover it. I went back to Park Place, but again, they said it wasn’t covered and didn’t seem interested in investigating further.Feeling uneasy, I called my original dealer, Crest Volvo, who went above and beyond. Crest worked with the warranty administrator and reviewed the documents Park Place had sent. After days of back-and-forth, Crest discovered that the hybrid battery was indeed covered under Volvo’s warranty.I had specifically asked Park Place to pause all service until we confirmed coverage, but they proceeded anyway with the 50K service and replaced the 12V battery. When I came to transfer the car from Dallas to Frisco, I was left waiting over three hours for a tow after closing time, and no one checked on me or offered help. When I asked for an Uber, they refused. After paying for the service, I picked up my car and it wasn’t even washed. For a dealership that prides itself on “luxury service,” I felt completely disregarded as a customer.

Took it in for service and the assessment and repair was completed appropriately and timely. It does help that a loaner is provided to not impact one’s day to day. The warranty claim was also seamless. Thank you!
