I would recommend to live in Park Sierra because they provide a good service.

Rent increases more than $80.00-$100.00 or more every year and pretty much have to renew contract 12 months. Because if you don’t you will have like a $300. Rent increase on a month to month. Then it makes it that much more difficult, and have to sign another year. To keep it at a lower expense rate.

I just wanna say that Brenda.G has managed to right a lot of wrongs for my family and I. She has been the only one to take charge and actually get most of my concerns taken care of with my unit. She has been a bright light in all the darkness. If I had to recommend some to move in to this community, I would have them call and ask to deal with her solely. She seems to be very competent as opposed to the people I have dealt with in the past.
