I would definitely recommend this place when it comes to the customer service. However I would not recommend park sierra because of all the shootings that continue to put me and my family including my small children at risk of harm.there has be 2 shooting very close to my apartment That's the only part that bothers me is the area surrounding us isn't safe because of the violence. Otherwise park sierra is wonderful when it comes to customer service.

Hi, Jose and I are deaf at my home #4-204. They called me to leave my message. I got it. I called them back. I told them that. I don't want to invite a man. His name is Jesus. I don't want him to come to my home. They say okay. A young man came over my home last Wednesday. The man is young man. He is nice man. I told him that we are deaf. He says oh okay, He is understanding at us. He fixed some windows for blinds and bathroom. Good then Jesus came over my home and gave him something for pairs? I said oh why Jesus came? I told them about him? But Jesus was not nice to me. Last Thursday, I called Park Sierra about Jesus. They transferred to Maria, Manager. I explained Maria about him. I want to talk his supervisor, for service/maintenance. Maria says okay. His supervisor Ricardo will call me back. But he did not call me back since June 22nd yet? Hope, He will call me back soon. I love living here at Park Sierra. Other than the train it’s pretty nice here. I can’t say I’ve had any major problems except when the office gave a woman permission to park her uhaul in front of my garages and blocked me in temporarily but other than that it’s safe, clean and quiet. The staff are always friendly and professional and prompt when I need assistance. This is a great community.
