I had an older gentleman Jose A. hes always great when he completes repairs, aways respectful. I appreciate him! Also had a younger gentleman I didn't catch his name but hes been here a few times as well and hes always very kind and respectful. They both completed the work orders assigned which were quiet a few this time and completed the quickly and efficiently.

All staff members always try to make themselves as available as other orders permit, but definitely attentive, courteous, professional and understanding, thank you to Brianna, Mario and all maintenance staff that came to our rescue!!

El servicio siempre lo he requerido el Sr. José es muy atento muy buena persona puntual en el servicio x esa razón cuando se okupa de algún servicio pido q sea únicamente el ya siempre ase un trabajo espectacular

carpet is old and need to be change stains could not come off and there' a lot of dirt under the carpet from the years I lived here sine 2020, if possible, can it be change or washed several times

I would recommend because staff is friendly, and knowledgeable in the repairs and usually fix the issue even tho it takes a while to get a response on my work order but in the end it gets taken care of.
