I would recommend this community, both office staff and maintenance people are good at what they do, but I have to warn them of the street parking if they are not able to use the garage like us or pay the extra $150 for reserve parking..All is good so far. It’s only been.a month and a half since we moved in.

The maintenance lady(flor) she does good job,clean and on time.

It’s a great n peaceful community except my only problem is there’s too many UNOPERABLE CARS that are PARKED along Sandy Drive i wish the City will do something about it coz it’s so HARD to find parking special on the weekends

I would want to recommend the apartment community to anyone because the customer service and attitude of the workers there is amazing!!
