I take this opportunity to appreciate your staff Jose. It is not easy for me to describe the way he handled the entire exercise from the application process up to moving in. It was exceptional. The professional way he handled the entire process made me feel at home. The apartment meets my expectations. It was very clean and I promise to maintain it in good state. Moving in was peaceful and smooth. For the days I have been here, I have had no reason to complain.

Some repairs get completed in a timely manner while others take a week or more. Even go unfinished. For instance I have a wall that was repaired and repainted and the light switche cover was never replaced nor the trim around the floor. My recent air conditioner problem I was told they would come back the next day to replace the thermostat and it's been two days now and I'm still waiting with not even a phone call.

The first 3 days we moved we found cockroaches each day but this was solved already coz the Pest control tech was here to spray inside. The ONLY problem we have is our Aircon it is set at 78 degrees but NO AIR comes out whenever the compressor is ON and also the VENT by the Kitchen is so DIRTY n Rusty you can not even close or open it coz it’s stuck the vents NEEDS to be CLEANED like a TOTAL AIR VENT CLEANING

Jose is the best maintenance professional! He gets the job done every time and quickly. I have lived here for four years now and it’s a great place to live!

Jose is an asset to your company.. Not only was he polite, professional and knowledgable..He had the situation diagnosed and repaired in a quick and timely fashion... His easy going demeanor and knowledgable attitude was refreshing to behold... He is a gem.
