The children that live here really don’t have a place to play. So they play around residents vehicles or around residents home windows or doors.

I lived at Park Village for 5 years. It was only meant for me temporarily. There’s been so much going on at this property. I never understood why residents paid for pest control included in the rent but had to request for pest control service. Within the last year there has been so many move-ins. This is good for the property itself but then the screening process may be botched. There’s not supposed to be any smoking of any kind but the smell of Mary Jane comes through my vents of the apartment.

I lived here a very long time, I didn’t want to move my family around, but repairs were slow to happen, no carpet change in 16 years, no updates, and no accountability for neighbors who lived in filth

Love it here, except I am overcome by roaches! I have exterminated several times myself with professional chemicals, they go for a week and then come back.

We have people letting their dog piss all over our car they piss by the front door can't walk by another apartment without their dog hitting their sliding door sometimes their dog is growling and barking at me from their apartment I walk out of my apartment

They are always working hard to make sure our community looks great and the secretaries are just so friendly caring
