I like it but it’s not quite here the children outside playing around your cars throwing ball in front your door bouncing balls making a lot of noise disturbing your peace other than that it’s ok

Yes office staff are very friendly. They attend to any work order in a timely manner.

This the worst place ever to live they absolutely don't care about their tenants point blank period

The kitchen cabinets could be upgraded, we pay for pest control but have to request the service, air ducts should be cleaned out , management changes often so I don’t know who the current manager is.

Apartment was falling apart, staff after change was nice and would try to help.

All cool season we don’t have hot water my kids have to shower with cold water, now on the hot season the ac doesn’t work one of the neighbors bother my daughter, I call the police and nothing happened, we decided to leave the place once the contract is done but 15 days without ac is too much ( A C still broken) we lost lots of furniture because the insect infestation was so bad , and last thing the manager now wants make pay 2 months when my contract is already ended I don’t like but I may have to write a review to alert all the people
