They need to upgrade apartments for residents that have been living here. The people that just moved in have upgraded beautiful apartments. Older residents have old appliances.i pay close to 1900 a month and my apartment has nothing new.

Agent was nice but could have been more talkative and in depth with tour. The second home toured was a bit of a mess in terms of cleanliness and considering some reviews included bugs this was even more of a red flag. The first home was pretty and felt homey.

It took so long to respond to a maintenance request especially replacing the window and I had to follow up after follow up until you got it replaced after few months.
