I have been living in the neighborhood for over 8 years and I found the community to be safe, friendly and most importantly, the Leasing/ maintenance staff like Janette and others are excellent.

Overall, the apartments staff has been much better than the years before as well as the service staff. The worst parts about living here is parking and noise. Some people have multiple cars which makes it hard for those with just one car to find parking which is not fair. I think there should be a limit to how many cars a household can have. I should not be struggling to find parking in my own complex where I already pay monthly for parking. The second part is that these units have very thin walls and floors. I live in the bottom unit and the upstairs people don’t have a ton of self awareness or maybe respect. It’s hard to constantly have to hear loud noises when you’re trying to live comfortably.

Just love the apartment love the location the manager was awesome

I will be ending my lease and moving out by the end of July which is when my lease will end.

Not enough parking.Trash area is always a mess.ParkM should stick to parking and mind their business about license plates.
