Since I moved in I had to fix everything myself from my dryer which took over a month to get a response, my washer after it flooded my kitchen and emergency on call took 36 hours to respond, since March I’ve been going back and forth to get a clean property and I had rodents living in my attic. I was told my attic is not my unit but when I had a second opinion they said though it’s not in my unit it is apart of my unit. No one assessed properly for fecal matter, or urine or the chewing of the walls that I explained. The property managers were terrible after the first interaction. I reported everything September 18,2024 I was told it was done but when I did a walk through it was not done properly. Then I was told maintenance was cleaning everyday when in fact they were not with photos of proof and videos. It was very uninhabitable. Especially when they “fixed” my rodent issue by covering the hole on the outside then said someone would be there 2 weeks after I gave my notice of vacate which would make it one month and no one showed up. I called out of work to be there for them. My AC unit never got fixed I had to pay out of pocket for someone to come fix it. The entire time I was left feeling like a home owner. The apartment was not done correctly, the flooring was put in without padding underneath, and the vinyl was cut so poorly I’m sure black mold was beginning to grow from cleaning floors and it seeping in between. The paint peeled so fast, door jam separated by the front, everything was done so half done and illegally. I shouldn’t have had to pay rent where it was not safe to rent especially pregnant. I was left in unsanitary living at my expense. By law I stopped paying rent because I was not being assisted since March 4,2024. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Everyone is lazy and rude. I also had to call the cops to have them serve tickets to residents because I also had been calling with email proof asking for the office to have people move out of handicaps no one ever did anything until the very end the week before I left. KiKi needs to find a new company that allows her to flourish! She is the only person I was capable of working with and assisted a little better then most. This company is ruined from the get go. I also purposely allowed the eviction letters get to my door which was signed my Jordan Gowder and Martha Garcia after reporting uninhabitable living because it mean they legally signed a document and placed it on my door verifying they walked through the dirty lot and area and still do nothing. Had they been more attentive and respectful and up keeping with the property I would’ve stayed but because I’m pregnant and forced to live in a flighty environment it’s unacceptable. Rodents also can carry many issues frases and problems.
