They will never really communicate anything to us they will just do things as they go and they will never reach out to us. Maintenance sucks we will always have an issue with them they will also talk bad about the residents. We over heard them always talking bad about us and my dog. You couldn’t really tell the maintenance people anything because they will give you attitude.

It was extremely dirty and when I went back to the office and showed the lady pictures of the place, her response was “I’m sorry I haven’t seen the place myself “ why would they show a place they don’t know in what conditions it is in????

The inside of the apt I was was nice enough it the property itself, the grounds… not appealing at all. It seemed somewhat getto, dead grass, no flowers anywhere. The entrance wasn’t welcoming. Would not live here for the money your asking for

Office never answers phone calls. When we walk in there they are on there phone listening to music texting…

The trash cans are overload and trash on the floor does not look good should be enforced something for residents
