Trash dumpster area is always dirty and trash all over the floor

I called the office for maintenance several times to fix 1.My Heat, 2. My hot Water, 3. My microwave and 4. My smoke detector. If yall aren’t going to do right by me and fix the things that yall are supposed to fix then this place is the definition of a joke.

I Love living at Parkfield Apartments!! The staff is very helpful and friendly, and your service team is always in point!! The only thing I would love to see happen is for the roads to get paved in the complex!! Thanks

I wish that I didn't live next door to a dog and having one over me don't get me wrong I love dogs but I don't have one and the people that do let their dogs pee in there apartment and I can smell them and it's so strong and irritating People with dogs should live on one side and people without dogs should be on another that's just my opinion people need to learn to put trash in the trash can and not on the ground it makes look bad for the owners

We loved the place and our apartment, but due to personal issues we had to move.

I toured the apartment by myself and then was given a piece of paper with the information and not talked to about it after.

Me gusta parkfiel para vivir pero para tramites de oficina o aclaraciones es muy malo no tienen a algien que able español con el traductor como lo hacen en recepción no es muy confiable si quieres ablar mas aya de recepción con algien como martha o mayra no te dejan y son las unicas que ablan español aparte de la información que dan es muy confusa y nada confiableEn los parques hay departamentos que tienen asta de 4 coches quitando el espacio alos demas se lata mucho con esa parte

Lots of cars with expired tags or something wrong with car. Hell some snow plow truck always parks next to building 43 where I live with 2 year old tags. Your tow truck company could clean up if they ever came out here. LOL Everything else is good.
