For anyone like me having second thoughts ( or third) about dental surgery, this has been a very good experience. I am most grateful for the warmth, care and professionalism of the entire staff.

when i call the front office before the day of my appointment because I was i a lot of pain and a want a get some antibiotics and some medicine for the pain the lady in the front desk decline my request to let me talk to the doctor or someone else, she was very rude, she didn't understand was an emergency i was suffering a lot from the pain in my gums.you guys should talk about this with the girls that answer the phone, thanks.

Overall a very good experience. The whole team were caring and made for a less stressed procedure.

None. It seemed to the office staff and Doctor read the book by Dr. Steven Covey. “Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.” They put the customer First. And, explained what pain to expect and how to lower that pain killers to take.
