Very good job.

I was mistakenly told to discontinue a round of antibiotics the day before my tooth extraction. Due to an active infection in a root, the root did not react to the novocaine resulting in an excruciatingly painful extraction. A live nerve was rotary sawed through and pulled with limited to no anesthetic. When reception instructed me to discontinue my antibiotics, I questioned her and told her the antibiotic round wasn’t complete. She advised me to discontinue anyway. This may have contributed to my pain levels as the infection was active. Since the procedure, my nervous system has yet to calm down. I feel like I am in a loop of heightened alert or anxiety. Super amped up. My neck and shoulders are sore from being in an activated state. I would advise the staff member who Ill-advised me be better trained to avoid future traumas.

There is no room for improvement. They’re at the very top of my feeling about the whole staff. Dr. Liao is very caring and explains all she is doing very clearly.

Dr. Liao and her staff are amazing! I am so thankful to have them take care of my mom's oral surgery needs! They accommodated her wheelchair during the visit for xrays and a tooth extraction. They kept my 94 year old mom comfortable and pain-free throughout the process. Thank you, Dr. Liao and team!

The whole experience was very professional.

For anyone like me having second thoughts ( or third) about dental surgery, this has been a very good experience. I am most grateful for the warmth, care and professionalism of the entire staff.

when i call the front office before the day of my appointment because I was i a lot of pain and a want a get some antibiotics and some medicine for the pain the lady in the front desk decline my request to let me talk to the doctor or someone else, she was very rude, she didn't understand was an emergency i was suffering a lot from the pain in my gums.you guys should talk about this with the girls that answer the phone, thanks.

None. It seemed to the office staff and Doctor read the book by Dr. Steven Covey. “Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.” They put the customer First. And, explained what pain to expect and how to lower that pain killers to take.
