If there were no roaches this building would be a nice, reasonably priced place to live, but unfortunately both the common areas (especially laundry room) and my apartment are overrun with roaches. My apartment is somewhat improved now but it took months to get the problem under control and I wouldn’t wish the hours of caulking and sleepless nights on anyone else

There is a cockroach problem in the building along with rodents like mice. It is clearly not being addressed.
