Yes I wish my renewal will come with taking my carpet out of my bedroom. It's sagging. But above all I lived here 3 yrs live it. PeacrfulPeaceful

I find our manager to be friendly, flexible and accommodating. The apartment complex has rules, of course. As an example: There used to be no smoking throughout the complex, inside or out. Our current manager created an outside seating area, in the shade, with a bench and ashtray, away from any building entrances, especially for the comfort of smokers. I am not a smoker but I thought this was a very kind accommodation to the small minority of smokers in our complex. And it provides a reasonable space so smokers do not feel it necessary to "sneak" a smoke in the hallway or in their apartment. On the other hand, the no smoking everywhere else rule is strictly enforced, making it easier on the non-smoking majority.
