Continue to deliver the excellent . Everything was completed in a timely fashion. The inconvenience of a large dog was addressed with a positive attitude. Thank you.

Since moving in I don’t think my apartment was cleaned properly before getting here. Within two weeks there were bedbugs and roach sightings that took months to deal with. Theres been multiple times I’ve gone down to do laundry, load my clothes in the machine and it spin for two minutes and not complete the wash, while taking my money and detergent. The elevator is extremely slow.Likely due to people feeding the pigeons my balcony isn’t usable by the amount of waste on it, even when I clean it, it’s ruined within weeks. I know the buildings advertised as a no smoking building but many residents still smoke and it easily blows in through the windows if open. My last point is the unneighbourlyness of other residents, recently a resident was able to get my car towed out of my parking spot without mine or minto knowledge despite me paying $100 a month for the spot.Someone I’ve had a positive experience with is Louanne my resident coordinator. She has responded swiftly to all inquires and as been very informative and professional. I honestly feel bad going to her with so many problems but I feel like the building has a lot to improve on.

Provide a welcome package with information re: pool hours; location (plans) of amenities such as laundry, how laundry payment works, recycle bins, smoking areas, playground etc. This can be difficult to figure out on your own, especially if dealing with a disability. On the good side, the apartment was painted and well cleaned. Neighbours have been very kind with pointing out locations for me.

The issue was not resolved, the work order was just closed. No attempt to fix the hose.
