I would like to share some feedback about my move-in experience.Unfortunately, my experience with the management and customer service has been very frustrating. I often receive instructions from one staff member, and after I follow those instructions, another staff member questions why I did it or says something different. This creates confusion and makes residents feel like they are being blamed for situations that were not their mistake.For example, when I follow the directions given by staff, later another team member may say it should not have been done that way. It feels like there is a lack of communication between staff members, and residents end up dealing with the consequences.I believe the management team could improve the resident experience by having clearer communication between staff and providing consistent information to residents. Better coordination between team members would prevent misunderstandings and make the move-in process much smoother.I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for current and future residents

I unfortunately do not remember his name but the superintendent I think that's what he was was incredible helpful with using the cargo elevator for moving. I think his name was Kevin or Kyle something like that. Incredible friendly and super helpful

the plumbers did an excellent job, but the problem still hasn't been fixed. My pipes still gurgle. Not as often but at least 5 times during the day/night

I rated the recommendation question low simply because I don’t know of anyone who would be looking for an apartment; and while I understand there is nothing I can do about it, you should know that you keep the heat on at a stifling level. You should consider the financial impacts of lowering your heating level a bit. Thank you - otherwise, this is a perfect choice for me.

The garage is not being done on weekendsIt piles up in the garbage shut room it's really bad smell garbage sits there from Friday till Monday if the cleaner shows up are building is not clean the garage behind the building too

The plumbing work they did is not good and is still incomplete. The guy told me he will come next week again to cover up the shower hole but it's been more than a week now he didn't come yet. The paint he put on it is falling off and there is a still a gap on the ceiling.
