I would suggest having reminders for the supers working as the only issue i had was that the super forgot to reserve our elevator and it caused delays between multiple people moving in or out. Otherwise everything was great.

When I called it was going to be fit on the day I called but we never heard anything the thursday and friday. I called tuesday and at that time while on phone Minto showed up. I think there was just a communication error, superintendent is fantastic though
