We expected to move in on Saturday January 17th, we could not access the key on that day. We tried to make contacts unsuccessfully. We could not extend our stay in the previous place and so we had to look for airbnb till Monday when offices were open. We suggest a 24 hour contact person for such situations instead of voice mail that are not responded to. Otherwise when we got the key on Monday, move in was smooth.

Mike and Hank have been very helpful with maintenance. Very friendly and good with my dogs and children when entering the home. Cleanliness around the common areas has also been much better.

None of my complaints got resolved neither I got any feedback.
