The didn’t even fix the issue, left and said they would come back but never did. Said that they needed the area to be warm but as the pipe burst in the garage they gave us a heater and extension cord but the cord was so short it wouldn’t even reach the door to the garage. We expected to move in on Saturday January 17th, we could not access the key on that day. We tried to make contacts unsuccessfully. We could not extend our stay in the previous place and so we had to look for airbnb till Monday when offices were open. We suggest a 24 hour contact person for such situations instead of voice mail that are not responded to. Otherwise when we got the key on Monday, move in was smooth.
