The central exhaust fan serving the bathroom ventilation has been non-functional for several months, and despite repeated attempts to address this, the issue has still not been fixed.I already visited the management office in person and reported the problem. A technician was sent to the building, however, he only took a brief look and left. No repair, follow-up, or further action was taken afterward, and the central fan is still not working to this day.Due to the lack of proper ventilation, moisture and poor air quality have been consistently present over these months. During this period, I have experienced ongoing health issues, which I strongly believe are related to the prolonged absence of proper bathroom exhaust and air circulation.Bathroom ventilation via a central exhaust system is a basic and essential building service. Leaving this system non-operational for such a long time creates unhealthy living conditions and increases the risk of mold and air quality problems.I am requesting that this matter be treated as urgent, and that the central exhaust fan system be properly inspected and repaired without further delay. Please provide a clear timeline for when this issue will be resolved.

The park should be include rent .The hallways should be swiped every day .The tenet should be given plenty of public information about how to keep building clean and safe for everyone .

I have experienced items delivered to the facility and.picked by someone else before.I could reach it. Eventually nothing could.be done and I lost these items while there are proof of delivery

When Minto staff are entering an apartment for maintenance or any other reason, it would be greatly appreciated if they either took their boots off or wore shoe protectors, especially in the winter. I'm not particularly fond of the dirt that gets on the floors.

No cameras in lobbies, only one camera at building entrance, feels less safe. Also increases package thefts.At the cost of rent we pay, the building itself and the interiors are extremely old. The kitchen cabinets, appliances, the floors, do not reflect the rent which in contrast is very high to the quality of amenities or interior.Ever so often water cut offs for maintenance purposes.
