I had terrible move-in experience. Even though I received the building fob on Oct 31st, it wasn't working till Nov 10th. I went back to Resident Services office more than 5 times during the period but the issue was not rectified. I was just provided a new fob each time, which didn't grant me access to the building making my move really difficult and exhausting. There was no help from either the Receptionist, Resident Service Coordinator, On call emergency superintendent or Property Manager despite reaching out to all of them multiple times through email, phone and in-person.

Sorry but there are few issues with unit. Water pressure of shower is not good. Hoodfan just make noise and it doesn’t work

First day they were told to come inspect for bugs they no showed, I wasted my whole morning waiting for them to come.Rebooked for the next day, I couldn’t be there cause I worked, didn’t get done because they couldn’t get into my apartment.Had to get someone the next day to work from my place to let them in to what I thought was treatment but was only an inspection.Took about a full week to get everything taking care of and my apartment was left a mess mesh from box spring not stapled back on and bed left on its side which I was unable to put down by myself.This was an unfortunate situation to begin with and the service and treatment of my belongings just made it worse.

I think there should have a CCTV in the elevator and every floor. And keep air circulation in the indoor garage to prevent dust build up.

There should be a flyer with all the important move in info: call canada post to setup key | what gas company we use | what hydro company | if we have service providers in the building.. idk just things you would need to figure out within the first week

I am really satisfied with my unit as well as everything except one incident that they forgot to deposit my rent check and I got a letter from the legal department for a rent not paid. The superintendent, Mike is really good. He always comes on time and is very efficient.

Kids running in the hallways, knocking at floors and run away all the time. Packages get stolen from the units front door all the time. Doors and windows stick. The fact that there's no cooling services for summers is frustrating because there's no way you to lower the temperature pf the whole unit. Roaches appear all the time. Closing windows doesn't cut the outside noises.
