the problem with the sink still exists, the sink gurgles all night and day. I use to get excellent service, the problem I am having happens yearly and in previous years it took one service call and the job got done, I have now asked twice and the problem is still there. I will have to raise another work order to hopefully get the problem resolved.

There's no follow up to accomplish the entire service.

Very poor maintenance. The buildings dirty all the time and staff are not friendly

the move in and key collection instructions were clear but did not line up to what actually had to happen. at the time the buzzer was broken and i couldn’t be added right away so i couldn’t get in. email said the key would be in the kitchen, i was able to get to my unit but the door was locked. had to call the emergency line to get the key handed to me. wasn’t told that extra contact would be necessary that day until the afternoon

I wasn't informed of the end result.I don't know if I would recommend Parkwood Hills to anyone.The maintenance is always taken care of.The building is clean most of the time as most tenants do NOT clean up after themselves which is the problem.People are walking the halls ALL NIGHT long.Taken care of these problems, I may recommend it.
