This is the third time you’ve sent me this survey. Messed up is how I rate the in house administration the same.Rates are out of sight. If I wanted to make book, I would definitely with a care center. Big income, little expenses.

I like the facility, but Arissa a morning staff girl is not nice to residents. She has been rude, snobbish to family members, and rude to fellow employees. I witnessed her being pushy with residents and bossing other staff like she was in charge. There are several employees that are friendly and go above and beyondtheir job scope to make residents and visitors of residents welcome and comfortable to name a few Josh, Jose, and Travis.

I love your facility and love the care given by your staff as well as all of the great activities that are offered for the residents. My one complaint is the nurse at the facility, in my opinion, does not keep our family members updated on medication changes, medical visits, and isn't always very timely in returning calls when we have left messages. I feel it is important for family members, at least the main family member, to be notified of changes.

A concern of ours, for awhile now, is there seems so be s shortage of helpers. At least one person, per shift. The helpers you do have are great!

A big concern is that you are understaffed. This has been a real concern for some time now.
