We are thankful that the attention to the AC ticket submitted was attended to by maintenance within 2 days. However, what was done is still to be known… all that was done was vents in the unit, with the exception of the main bedroom, were turned down. Nothing was changed or fixed and we’re very disappointed. My partner and I asked for a courtesy call prior to entering our home and that was overlooked (the request was in our notes). A dirty bucket was left behind. Our AC unit still does not work properly and we don’t know what else to do. Very disappointed.

the paseos at Ontario luxe Apts offers great amenities and the maintenance team does an amazing job completing work orders in a timely manner. Service manager Rigoberto & maintenance team always contacts me for PTE before entering my unit which I truly appreciate! Keep up the good work!

We came in just to tour a unit and when we came in we just had the best experience and loved everything we were seeing and it turned from just being a tour to wanting to secure a unit! Nicole was so amazing and helpful and made the whole experience that much better!

I called 4 times and got no answer. I left a voice mail as well. The only way I got my maintenance request addressed was to put it for an emergency maintenance repair.
