Service is great

Velia was extremely nice and welcoming. Despite almost being off, she decided to give us a tour as a walk-in. She was sweet and answered all of our questions and made the entire experience amazing.

I would recommend this community because the maintenance works at a timely manner and always 100% time either fixes the problem or at least gives us advise on how to maintain it for the future. One of the greatest experiences living here is knowing that I could rely on maintenance when I have a problem with anything at home. Absolutely amazing.

Mychal was amazing, patient and a complete pleasure to work with during my move-in experience. During the touring process of the apartment and property, the information he provided was informative, he made the experience very fun and he made sure to answer any questions that I had. I requested a change in my move-in date due to relocating from Texas and Mychal was very responsive and accommodating. During the day of my move-in, I felt welcomed as soon as I entered the office by Mychal and the staff. I have been here for almost 3 weeks and I am enjoying being a resident as the property is well kept, the people are nice and the surrounding area is amazing!!!! Thank you!

The moving men were excellent (Maison Moving and Storage) and our new apartment is incredible! We love it!
