I toured with Candace and she did a fantastic job 10/10. Originally when I came I had a terrible experience with the girl prior (I do not remember her name however I know she is a temp - I highly suggest not hiring her for a permanent position). When I came I realized I had left my driver's license in LA - originally I was not coming to tour the property that day but just happened to be in the area so I stopped by. Even though I forgot my driver's license I was down the street from my parent's house where my passport was, when I told her I would just go get my passport and return she was extremely rude to me and told me I could not use my passport only an ID (which a passport is a government-issued form of an ID so I knew she did not know what she was talking about). I was trying to explain to her that that is strange because I should be able to use a passport as a form of ID - she became more agitated and elevated her voice at me more while rolling her eyes at me stating again I could not use my passport. Eventually she went to talk to a manager and she told the manager (thinking I could not hear her) that I was trying to tour the property without an ID, again this was not true I was just saying I wanted to use a passport as my form of ID. The manager confirmed the girl was incorrect and I could in fact bring my passport back however I was already turned off by the girl elevating her voice and rolling her eyes at me twice. Against my original intuition (which was to not return back), I came back with my passport because I really like the community and wanted to view the property and unit, however this time when I came back I had Candace and she was the one who sold me on moving into the property despite the horrible and unprofessional treatment I received originally.

The first maintenance person didn’t do their job correctly and half did the job and left it. Fidel was quick and professional. Fidel was helpful and fixed both problems with my appliances. I am now a satisfied renter. Thank you.

It was a very easy process a minor mistake of keys but the apartment felt like home I would definitely recommend. The amenities are amazing so much to do you’ll get bored very quite and the neighbors are super friendly.
