The whole process went very smoothly. Everyone was so professional and nice. It’s very nice to have a clinic so close to my home…. Thanks to Whitney Curter and the staff!!

The staff was all great once I was assisted. The only reason I rates a 4 is because of the check in process. I tried to check my son in using the QR code and it kept getting to a portion where it asked my relation to him but not moving forward. After a few tries I asked for assistance and was advised to use the kiosk. It did the same thing. She came over and tried twice at the kiosk. After the second fall she had me sign him in manually. There was only one person ahead of us when we got there but by the time I got him checked in there were over 5 having us there for almost 2 hours.
