I rushed to this facility after my son started experiencing pain in his ear. Appointment times were already filled online and it was less than an hour before closing time. I was able to get checked in, the front desk person was very helpful when I had issues uploading my ID, and the doc was able to see us before closing. I was so thankful, and my son’s ear infection will be gone in no time thanks to them. Such a great staff! There was only one other time I went to this location and I had to leave after waiting over an hour (it was packed with patients that day) but every other time was always a very quick and easy process.

Everyone was nice and friendly during my care. Nurse Practitioner seem attentive and listen to my concerns.I would say if it was an easier way to scan in ID and insurance would be nice but overall everything was good.

Absolutely the best staff. I’m a paramedic and go to urgent care’s a lot. This time I went for myself. I was short of breath. Not only did she take time to assess me, she listened to my concerns. We came up with a treatment plan and sent over my prescriptions immediately.I hope you know how lucky your patient plus is to have her and her staff.
