The staff was patient and understanding. I prefer this location over any other urgent care in Baton Rouge. The wait time is minimal and the care is always top tier.

Cody Favaro went above and beyond to try to get to the bottom of a recurring issue that I’ve had. His bedside manner was wonderful and he really made me feel heard and seen. I left feeling like I had just had an appointment with my long-standing healthcare provider, not “just” an urgent care visit.

They got me in and out really quick! Took good care of me!

All the staff was friendly and helpful but I want to give a huge shout out to Cody. He was kind, thorough, caring and confident. He immediately made me feel heard. I am thankful we crossed paths today as I think he was exactly who I was meant to see today.
