I was diagnosed with COVID and have had to repeatedly return to update my return to work excuse. COVID is not a 2-day sickness, and it should be handled differently. I have been tested twice, and will pro ably have to test again before returning to work. It is my hope you will revisit and adjust this policy. Your services are excellent,

The staff very friendly. The medical assistant named Ty was very professional and caring . The provider Aminat was super knowledgeable and helpful. It took about hour and 15 minutes but it was worth it. Definitely my go to urgent care from now on . Thanks to all

The doctor and nurse were great. The check in experience left something to be desired. My husband and I were aching and feeling real bad. The last thing we wanted to do was stand at a counter and fill out paperwork on a computer. We both were already in your system. If any of our information had changed we could verbally let you know.
