When I visited, I was in a very stressful state of mind. I was attended to by Ms. Carla Sanders, who patiently listened to all of my concerns and showed genuine care for me well-being. I felt like I was really being seen and heard and that my concerns weren't being overlooked. She was very kind and encouraging, which helped my stress levels to go down. I'm truly grateful to her.

Fast and efficient

I came in with a skin concern and was seen pretty quickly with great hospitality from my nurse, Crystal?, who spoke to me with clarity and efficiency despite the computers being down from the storm.

It was pleasant experience . The wait was not long & the MA was good & so was the PA. Both were very helpful Very personal experience . I by - passed several other Urgent Care clinics to get to U because , I like same places , hoping for same people . This crew was great . Thx , & I felt a lot better the very next day .
