Wonderful staff with exceptional service

The staff was professional and sensitive to my needs. The medication that was prescribed has alleviated my worse symptoms. I feel so much better. Thank God.

The wait was a little longer than normal . Got there at 2:30 and wasn’t seen until 3:30-4. However, everything went well and the doctor was very knowledgeable !

After having gone thru two boxes of 175 -double ply Scotties facial studies, I resorted to your Urgent Care. Came in reporting egg-yolk colored mucus primarily from lft nostril with occasional blood -streaked yellow mucus from right nostril. Showed ph pics to examining staff. Shared that I’m able to cough up mucus which is expelled into toilet. Mouth-breathing is worse at night when trying to sleep. Overall sluggishness with some mobility issues. Ms. Tammy whom I spoke with over the phone was my main reading for choosing your Urgent Care even at the cost of a $60 co-pay. I applaud her overwhelming phone patience with me as she sought out my record with u and answered what questions she could. The rest of my care team was just as courteous, professional, patient and kind. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your site to others. Thank u for being so kind.
