My experience was very good

I always use patient plus urgent care and have had great experiences. This time it was a concern with my chest and left arm hurting and they called me back right after checking in. The nurse came back to check on me time after taking my vitals, in which b/p was high and blood sugar level was 298. She stated there was 1 person ahead of me. I checked in at approximately 7:01pm and didn’t get checked until approximately 8:45 or so. I just glad that it turned out to be not a life threatening matter.

I really liked when I went to the back I was able to feel comfortable and talk about my diagnosis without any issues. But there was 1 problem, I wanted to add tricot- elio- mania to my records. (Hair pulling). When I mentioned it, I was treated well and wanted another look at my other misdiagnosis to be provided with more research like "psychosis" which at some point people seemed to use as a weapon against me. I really did enjoy my care and was even given medical for my back situation that I came in for. Great job. By the way, flag the account for "only focusing on the bipolar aspect". Missing white coat syndrome; OCD, PTSD, and bipolar type 2. (Self diagnosed from personal research)
