Not sure if I have enough space to talk about not only the great clinic, but the amazing staff that we just experienced. I’ve been working with Hilton for 16 years and know what it’s like to be around customer service. I’ve been to other urgent cares that are so disappointing in the area. My friend told me about this one, so I decided to try it tonight for my son. Not only was the place absolutely spotless, but from the minute you walk in till the moment you leave, every single person is so friendly. Rebecca came in to see my son and I was expecting her to be rushing through the process like other clinics in the area. Instead, she took her time to talk to us, and even explained to my son what was going on and assured him that everything was going to be OK. The last urgent care I went to, when they test for strep and Covid it actually hurts. But they are not worried if anything hurts because they’re wanting to test you and get you out the door. This was an experience like no other clinic, and I am absolutely impressed with the service that we received. I can’t say enough amazing things about Rebecca!! My son is only 7 yrs old and when we walked out the door he looked at me and he said to me “Mommy, anytime I’m sick. Can we always come here and see Dr Rebecca because she was so nice and we haven’t met a doctor like that, right”….From the moment we walked in and saw how clean the clinic is, to the sweet lady behind the front desk with a beautiful smile who was so very helpful with the kiosk, to the ladies in the back, to our favorite person… Rebecca (sp), THANK YOU TO THIS AMAZING CLINIC for being a 20/10!!I will refer every body I know to this clinic. And obviously when needed, my son and I Kline know exactly where to go when we are under the weather!! THANK YOU KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK

I am very impressed with the service that I received. The staff is friendly and exhibit awesome customer service. Every professional team member that I saw today was totally awesome. My needs were addressed in a timely fashion. I am very satisfied with the care I received and I will come back if I have an emergency situation in the future. I am telling my friends and my family about the awesome service that I received today.

Rebecca is literally the best! My son Atlas is always very difficult everywhere we go, and she calmed him down and he befriended her and trusted her. It made his experience a good one and he left calm and happy

Very helpful front desk lady and the nurses were AWESOME!! Overall GREAT experience!! Thank you all sooo much they really took care and showed compassion towards my 4yr old and 8yr old!!!

Staring with the front desk Ms. Heather was amazing! She took very good care of me this was , my first time coming to this Urgent Care . And being a student not from this area I didn’t know what to expect. They ALL were so supportive and caring. What an amazing team to have met , especially when you’re not feeling well.
